Refund and Returns Policy
At Samaan Mikhael’s website, we are committed to providing the best educational and advisory experience for our clients. Please read the following refund terms carefully before completing any purchase or booking:
1. Training and Educational Courses:
- Right to Refund: The client has the right to request a full refund for any purchased training course within 48 hours only from the date and time of purchase.
- After the Deadline: Once the 48-hour period from the time of purchase has elapsed, the amount becomes non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Consultation Bookings and Advisory Services:
- Modifying or Canceling a Booking: The client can cancel the consultation appointment and request a full refund, or reschedule the appointment, provided that the request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Late Cancellation: If a cancellation or refund request is made less than 24 hours before the consultation appointment, or if the client fails to attend the scheduled appointment (No-Show), the client will not be entitled to any refund, and the session will be considered fully rendered.
3. Refund Process and Mechanism:
- To submit a refund request, please contact our official support team via email at: support@samaanmikhael.com, attaching the purchase details (Order Number, Full Name, and the type of service or course).
- Refund requests are processed and verified within 7 business days from the date the request is received. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
